Risk Technology - Archer – Senior Manager (Open Location)
The risk landscape is continuously changing due to market volatility, geopolitical crises, widespread economic changes, regulatory reforms, and cyber threats. Organizations are increasingly seeking to establish, mature, and optimize risk and compliance activities to manage risk more efficiently and effectively, including providing greater visibility to risks – enabling decision-making. As a member of Risk Technology, you will help our clients assess, design/architect, and implement technology solutions to optimize their risk and compliance programs across risk disciplines.
Your key responsibilities
Lead business development activities and develop client relationships.
Work with multi-disciplinary team members to help clients automate and mature their risk and compliance programs utilizing Archer.
Engage with clients regularly and work with project leads/sponsors.
Manage engagement economics and ensure client expectations are met.
Advise clients on Archer solutions and risk technology capabilities.
Keep abreast of current business and industry trends related to risk technology.
Lead business development activities, including responding to proposals and building client relationships.
To qualify for the role, you must have
A bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years of experience implementing Archer IRM solutions/use cases, or a Master's degree and 6 years of experience.
Certification from Archer as a Certified Administrator - Specialist or Certified Administrator - Professional.
Experience leading a team to implement Archer IRM functionality.
Exposure to Governance Risk and Compliance principles and processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and data analytics tools.
Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.
