The risk landscape is continuously changing due to market volatility, geopolitical crises, widespread economic changes, regulatory reforms, and cyber threats. Organizations are increasingly seeking to establish, mature, and optimize risk and compliance activities to manage risk more efficiently and effectively, including providing greater visibility to risks – enabling decision-making. In addition, organizations are focused on realizing greater value out of their risk and compliance functions and driving efficiencies/cost savings.

As a member of Risk Technology, you will help our clients assess, design/architect, and implement technology solutions to optimize their risk and compliance programs across risk disciplines (e.g., integrated risk management, enterprise risk management, IT risk management, cyber risk management, third party risk management, internal controls, compliance, internal audit).

The opportunity

As a Risk Technology consultant and Senior Manager, you have the unique opportunity to bring both functional and technical knowledge, including gaining experience pursuing and leading a wide array of projects. You will have the ability to develop and foster client relationships at senior levels of an organization, critical to our account centric approach and your personal growth.

Your key responsibilities

Lead business development activities, developing internal, client and alliance relationships, driving the delivery of engagements.

Work with multi-disciplinary team members to help clients automate and mature their risk and compliance programs utilizing Archer.

Engage regularly with clients, including working with project leads/sponsors as well as client executives.

Manage engagement economics, including meeting client expectations and milestones in line with budget.

Advise and challenge clients regarding Archer solutions and how they fit into a client’s ecosystem.

Keep abreast of current business and industry trends related to both risk technology and our client’s business.

Demonstrate both functional and technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to assimilate new knowledge.

Prepare and deliver client presentations regarding an array of topics.

Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and thought leadership.

To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience implementing Archer IRM solutions/use cases.

Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in a related field and 6 years of work experience implementing Archer solutions/use cases.

Certification from Archer as a Certified Administrator - Specialist or Certified Administrator - Professional.

Experience leading a team to implement Archer IRM functionality, including integrations with other systems.

Exposure and experience with Governance Risk and Compliance principles and processes.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and data analytics tools.

Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.
