Together, we'll continue to elevate the art of luxury living and make every day an extraordinary experience.Position Overview:The Talent Acquisition Partner is entrusted to identify, attract, and select talent to support our continued growth at Blue Heron. The Talent Acquisition Partner works directly with hiring managers to refine our job descriptions and postings to clearly describe the role and guide the matching of talent to the role. This position will also use tools to facilitate the process of selecting talent and recommending candidates to managers. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for talent attraction, onboarding and managing the full cycle recruitment process from interviewing to hire.Responsibilities:Performs full life cycle recruiting activities for a wide variety of roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, making offers, initiating onboarding, etc.)Handles a diverse requisition load of hourly, salaried, trade, and professional positions.Uses all available selection tools to ensure a valid and reliable process.Assists hiring managers in the development of interview guides.Drives an engaging candidate experience throughout all touchpoints of the recruiting process.Drives the recruitment process so that candidate decisions are made in a timely manner.Proactively sources, networks, and markets our job opportunities locally to build robust pipelines and sell the advantages of working for Blue Heron.Develops and deploys recruiting strategies that grow passive and diverse sets of candidates.Engages in activities that grow employee referrals.Creates engaging candidate marketing materials and messaging (job postings, candidate correspondence, social media) to connect with target profiles and convert to candidates.Assists with updates to job descriptions in conjunction with hiring managers and HR.Attends community and/or diversity organizations, colleges, and local employment-driven events and job fairs for the purpose of promoting our company brand.Builds strong partnerships by collaborating with hiring managers.Ensures regular communication to provide updates on status and progress.Leads orientation presentations for new hires.Implements strategies to achieve performance outcomes such as time to fill, hiring conversion rates, cost per hire targets, turnover, and candidate experience rating.Requirements2-3 years of experience in recruiting/staffing professional or corporate positions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making selection recommendations preferred.Must operate with a high level of integrity – ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.Ability to make decisions under high pressure and changing priorities.Ability to learn quickly and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and passion for delivering outstanding levels of service.Occasional local and regional travel may be required.Why Join Blue Heron:Be part of a dynamic and innovative company shaping the future of modern living.Opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects at the intersection of technology and design.Collaborative and creative work environment that fosters growth and development.Competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
