Collections:Make regular contact – phone calls and emails – with our customer base to remind them of outstanding invoices and ensure they complete their payments.Prioritize large dollar amount counts and largely overdue accounts.Essential ResponsibilitiesOversee customer aging reports weekly and collection of past due balanceProcess billing including generating and processing weekly and monthly customer invoicesProcess incoming check payments from AR customers and prepare daily check depositsRespond to customer inquiries and correspondenceHandling daily banking activityCollect subcontractor and supplier releasesSupport month-end and year-end processesPerform various job duties as assigned by the ownership teamRequirements
