Accounts Receivable Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for one of our customers located in San Francisco, California. The position is hybrid. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely collections.
Responsibilities:
Process customer invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner.Post and reconcile daily deposits to customer accounts.Contact customers for outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions.Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports to management.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries.Keep up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or relevant certification preferred.Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related role.Experience with Netsuite preferred.Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel – Intermediate).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience: 2 years of Accounts Receivable experienceEmployment Type: Temporary
Pay Details:
$28.00 to $34.00 per hour
