LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our top clients looking to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist for the corporate office located in San Jose, CA. The job is 100% in-office! You should have at least 3 years of accounts payable experience.The role will be responsible for handling the AP process, reviewing invoices for accuracy and matching them appropriately with purchase orders or receivers, coding invoices, reconciling vendor accounts, coding and reconciling expense reports, managing the AP payment forecast weekly, verifying AP invoices are accurate and have the proper authorization, and assisting with other duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:Strong Accounts Payable experience requiredSoftware experience with a medium to large ERP system preferredIndustry experience with a manufacturing company would be a plusSolid general accounting knowledge knowing your debits and creditsAttention to detail, proactive, and organizedTeam player, helpful, and excellent communicationsComfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel - Intermediate, Word & Outlook)Associate or Bachelor’s Degree would be a plusExperience:
