The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure. Key responsibilities include:Fact investigationDrafting motions and briefsManaging complex e-discoveryPreparing deposition outlinesMinimum Requirements:Federal court clerk experienceCalifornia bar license, or immediate eligibility6-8 years of litigation experienceComprehensive knowledge of civil procedureExpertise in complex business disputesSkills in fact investigation, motion and brief draftingProficient in managing complex e-discoveryExceptional written and oral communication skillsActive participation in business developmentCommitment to promoting diversity within the teamSalary Range:
