Companies of all sizes are excited about the opportunities of AI but need to ensure the systems are built in a trustworthy, responsible, and compliant way.Trustible is a VC-backed enterprise software startup enabling responsible AI Governance. Our software platform enables AI/ML and legal teams to scale their AI Governance programs to help build trust, manage risk, and comply with regulations.We’re seeking to hire our first account executive to join our fast-growing team. As the first sales hire, you will have a front-row seat to revenue opportunities for the company.Key Responsibilities
Work with CEO to develop and execute a sales pipeline strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.Manage the sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiations and contract closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision makers.Build and deliver powerful presentations and proposals to prospective customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including co-founders, product, and engineering – to ensure customer success.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and clearly communicate complex concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Passion for Responsible AI and its potential to drive positive business and societal impact.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.Excited about this role, but don't meet 100% of the expected qualifications listed above?
