Job Responsibilities
Plan, organize and implement sales-driven programs, festive campaigns & public relations activities for shopping malls.Drive comprehensive marketing strategy for iconic Grade A commercial properties including developing and monitoring pre-launch campaign.Manage marketing campaign timeline and budget, as well as monitor and evaluate the campaign effectiveness.Liaise with tenants to provide promotion support.Manage & maintain all promotion channels to optimize brand image, roll out comprehensive social media campaigns and develop content on social media.Partner and work closely with agencies / vendors to ensure quality delivery of campaigns.Communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders for bringing commercial values to our shopping malls.Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines.10 – 15 years’ solid and relevant working experience in organizing and implementing mall & tourist promotions, digital marketing, advertising and public relations activities.Hands-on experience in managing pre-opening project is preferred.Experience in advertising / branding / PR agency and / or social media agency is a definite advantage.Creative, mature, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and cope with pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.Tactful and good interpersonal skills dealing with tenants, business partners and stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and attentive to details.Proven language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua; good writing skills in English is a must.How to Apply
