Job Responsibilities
Plan, manage and execute CSR initiatives in line with the Company’s objectives.Support in developing CSR initiatives; contribute to the planning, development, and implementation of CSR projects from inception to completion.Assist in crafting compelling editorial content for CSR publicity including writing press releases, newsletters, website content & social media posts to communicate the Company’s CSR initiatives and their impacts.Assure all communication aligns with the Company’s branding & messaging and effectively engage various audiences.Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness & impacts of CSR initiatives; track progress against objectives and prepare reports for management.Act as a liaison between the Company and its stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements
Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Translation or related disciplines.3 – 5 years’ experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or related field such as sustainability, corporate communications or public relations.Fluency in English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.Enthusiasm for communication, innovation and excellence.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.Proactive with a problem-solving mindset and attentive to details.How to Apply
