We are hiring creative, motivated, and talented people with a passion for doing what's right, what's smart, and what works.Position DescriptionRedhorse Corporation has an opening for a Management Analyst I on a task with the Workforce Management Office within the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) at the Department of Energy. The ideal candidate should have extensive working knowledge of the concepts for evaluating, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing programmatic support and control systems, and functional organizations.Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities:Extensive working knowledge of the concepts for evaluating, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing programmatic support and control systems, and functional organizations.Reviews management processes such as developing and quantifying needs for revised or improved processes; developing new or modified systems and procedures and providing documentation, orientation (or training), marking and/or identifying best practices.Disseminates information to ensure wide integration of management efforts.Analyzes technology development and deployment, program strategy and integration, methodology development, change management, performance measurement, and best practices.Supporting management functions such as classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, and leave and benefits administration.Collecting and analyzing data.Tracking trends and developments in assigned functional areas.Conducting studies, performing research, and preparing reports.Reviewing, interpreting, and recommending policies.Participating in working groups, councils, and committees.Ensuring compliance with DOE HR-related rules and regulations.Required Qualifications:B.S. or B.A. in Business Management, Public Policy, Public Affairs, Political Economy, Political Science, Sociology, Economics, Engineering, Science, or other appropriate discipline.Eight (8) years of relevant experience performing work applicable to functions and responsibilities.Master's Degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience.Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Experience managing a cross-functional team, subtasks, budget, and schedule.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel - creating and maintaining spreadsheets, manipulating data, formulas, charts and graphs, managing large datasets with functions, creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.Salary: $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 annuallyRedhorse Benefits Include:MedicalDentalVisionHealthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending AccountsHealth Savings AccountLife and DisabilityVoluntary Coverages (Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness)Employee Assistance PlanRetirement PlansEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledAccommodations:
