Position Description

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Knowledge Management and Systems Office (KMSO) within the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) at the Department of Energy (DOE). The Task Lead Project Manager will perform a variety of support functions to support the office Director and the overall operations of KMSO.Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide administrative support and coordination for the KMSO Director with tasks that include:Calendar managementCreating complex travel arrangements and vouchers using the EERE travel booking systemPreparing reports and making recommendations for actionsMonitoring emails for priority deadlines and proactively assisting with identifying and resolving problems that could impact project goalsAssisting with meetings by preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, presentations, and invitationsSupport the development of strategies, program plans, initiatives, and budgets that provide a comprehensive, integrated, and complimentary suite of KMSO activitiesSupport the planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and webinars by providing scheduling, logistics, technical, and other support as neededReview workforce reports, milestones, and deliverables for discussion with federal leadershipReview communications materials and work with the communications team to ensure timelinesSupport teams in preparing quarterly review meetingsCoordinate meetings, communications, and deliverables across team members and internal stakeholdersResponsible for supporting day-to-day activities and workflow of sub-office teamsDesired Attributes:

Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform both as an individual contributor as well as a member of the diverse KMSO teamAbility to be proactive and create a positive experience for othersAbility to manage multiple tasks and ensure all major priority items are accomplished on time and according to planAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and urgent requestsHigh attention to detailExperience obtaining, verifying, and evaluating general and quantitative informationStrong working knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Teams, and ExcelWorking knowledge of computer software utilized in project/program data collection and analysisAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionExperience managing a cross-functional team, subtasks, budget, and scheduleMinimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, and Credentials include:

B.S. or B.A. in a related discipline and ten (10) years of experience performing work applicable to function and responsibilities describedMasters' degree and eight (8) years of experienceFour (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degreeCompensation range for this position is the following:

$70,000.00 to $74,000.00/annuallyRedhorse Benefits Include:
