We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Finance Excellence team as a Senior Associate. Skills should include experience in:Finance and accounting process improvementFinancial planning and analysisBusiness performance management and transformationFinance target operating model and business partnershipFinance organizational structure alignmentTransaction preparation and executionTechnology acumen relative to Finance application environmentResponsibilities

Contribute to the day-to-day activities of BRG Corporate Finance client service teams executing on business improvement initiatives.Utilize business, finance, accounting, and analytical skills to prepare and execute transactions using financial modeling and analysis, financial and operational process optimization, data management, analytics and visualization, business plan assessments, financial technology enablement, transaction support, and finance transformation.Improve decision-making, enable business partnering and drive shareholder value.Develop the content for and lead the preparation of high quality, refined reports, written analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, Management, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or related field;2 - 4 years of Big 4 financial management experience;Lead engagement teams in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial consulting practice including assisting in marketing, recruiting, training, client pitches and product and practice development;Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (particularly in Excel), including constructing and understanding 3-statement financial models, cash flows and scenario analyses is preferred;Strong knowledge of basic corporate financial and operational processes, budgeting and forecasting, accounting close, treasury, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay;Manage and oversee junior and senior staff;General knowledge of financial ERP, EPM, BI technologies and other finance and corporate performance management tools;CFA, CPA (or equivalent), or technical/GAAP accounting expertise is a plus;Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial and operational data;Ability to interpret the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop insights and recommendations;Willingness to travel up to 80%.Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
