We are currently seeking a Consulting Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our consulting team. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, challenging environment where your contribution will directly impact the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the consulting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Act as a point of contact for clients, managing correspondence and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, ensuring all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a professional manner.
  4. Maintain client records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
  5. Support the consulting team in the development and implementation of client strategies, providing input and assistance as required.
  6. Participate in client meetings and conference calls, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  7. Assist with the organization of client events and workshops.
  8. Perform other administrative tasks as required, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Qualifications:

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 12PM-9PM and Saturday 8:30A-5:30P

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the healthcare sector.
  2. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  5. Experience in managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
  6. Attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.
  7. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
  8. A degree in healthcare administration or a related field would be an advantage.
  9. Experience in a consulting environment would be an advantage.
