Medical Assistant

We are currently looking interview EKG Technicians for our client based in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Please review the following:

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Hours may be extended due to Physicians Schedule)

Duties:

• Take patient vital signs.
• Prepare patients in exam room by checking height, weight, and vitals.
• Document patient information using EMR systems.
• Restock exam rooms and physician work stations.
• Review records for accuracy and maintain appropriate chart documentation.
• Report any staffing or equipment issues to your supervisor.
• Assist with reception duties such as checking in patients, scheduling, triaging phone calls, and scanning documents.
• Expect to perform at least 40 EKG's a day.

Requirements:

• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and EHR systems.
• Experience with EKGs / Completed a Medical Assistant Program / Certified EKG Technician
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
