Responsibilities: Our Information Technology Systems Analyst team is looking for an intern to assist with Identity and Access Management tasks and projects. This position works directly with our Identity and Access Management Administrator to assist with day to day user provisioning and lifecycle management tasks. The IT Systems Analyst Intern - IAM Focus will assist with tasks related to IAM duties and needs. Responsibilities: Work with IAM Administrator to create, manage, and disable user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels throughout the user's lifecycle within the organization. Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents, troubleshoot access issues, and provide support to users in managing their access credentials. Identify ways to improve the user access lifecycle and work with the IAM Administrator to enhance existing IAM processes.
Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is a current college student enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Security degree programs with an interest in Identity and Access Management. Experience: Working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Security. Basic understanding of User Access management in a Microsoft Active Directory environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems preferred. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Skills: Ability to take direction and work in a team environment to achieve goals and accomplish tasks. Organizational skills.
Min: USD $15.50/Hr.
Max: USD $19.67/Hr.

Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
