Responsibilities: The IAM Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems by managing user identities and access privileges. You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and administration of our IAM systems, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Administer IAM using the company IAM tool. Administer logical access controls for internal application security. Complete incoming service requests and incidents related to security administration. Complete provision onboarding/offboarding requests per company standards and control guidelines. Complete data security administration based on least privilege access principles. Support data security best practices. Responsible for the entire lifecycle of security requests, paying particular attention to the accuracy and completeness of the work performed. Serve as a liaison for security and identity access management. Execute Mainframe access administration to financial applications. Execute Privileged Access Management (PAM) administration. Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures
Qualifications: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Identity and Access Management Analyst or Administrator in a Windows Enterprise Active Directory environment. Preference will be given to those candidates with knowledge of IAM and or PAM solutions like Sailpoint, OKTA, ManageEngine AdManager, others. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of enterprise Identity and Access Management Administration experience. Minimum of 5 years in an Information Technology or Information Security role. Proficiency in IAM technologies and managing IAM platforms like Microsoft Entra AD, SailPoint, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity is desired. Knowledge of compliance regulations related to data privacy. Solid understanding of security best practices, including threat landscapes, risk assessment, and incident response protocols. Extra consideration will be given to those candidates with experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and SQL databases. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with IT, security, and business stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot IAM issues. Ability to learn new technologies and stay updated on IAM trends. Education/Training: A degree in Computer Science or related discipline is desired but not required. Proven field experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
