is seeking a

Workforce Planning Support (I/O Psychologist)

who has experience in a skill gap analysis of current team members, review of the current process, and development of process re-engineering recommendations that can be implemented.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Modeling and competency development required.Assess the difference between the actual state and desired state of employee competency across the Section in order to identify skills employees need in order to perform tasks effectively.Identify areas of opportunities for establishing skills, increasing skills, and succession planning.Clearly define and articulate specific step-by-step processes used to conduct daily operations.Identify improvements to current processes that allow for efficient resource management and workforce utilization.Additional duties may not be limited to what is listed.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:Experience in providing advisory service to HCM experts recommending and conducting organizational assessments (needs and skills), regarding the appropriate uses and limitations of personnel measurement devices, or survey techniques in gathering data for use in (a) strategic workforce and succession planning, (b) organization planning, or (c) recruitment, selection, development and full utilization of staff, or similar matters to support the goals and mission.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Masters degree is required and (8-10) years of human capital experience.At BMA, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy, childbirth, physical disability, mental disability, age, military status or status as a Vietnam-era or special disabled veteran, marital status, registered domestic partner or civil union status, gender (including sex stereotyping and gender identity or expression), medical condition (including, but not limited to, cancer related or HIV/AIDS related), genetic information, or sexual orientation in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
