The candidate should have knowledge of CRM strategy and work closely with client databases. Strong analytical and data skills, and computer skills are essential. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills are vital for effective interactions with team members. The ability to travel within the US Market is a requirement for this role.What are we expecting from you?Reporting to the Regional Director, Northeast Region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a client strategy in the Northeast region’s boutiques, by rolling out the loyalty programs developed by Corporate, installing the Regional Director’s strategies, and supporting the sales team in enhancing their client outreach. The Manager relays Maison’s Client Development vision to their region and brings forward the region’s needs and feedback. This role reports to the Northeast Regional Director and is based out of NYC.In this role, you will:Define and roll out the Region’s yearly client development action plan in alignment with the Regional Director’s vision and priorities.Collaborate with Boutique Directors and Sales Managers to formulate development strategies for each store within the region.Establish client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the year and develop action plans to achieve them while monitoring results.Work closely with the Corporate VRM team to understand the Region’s database and identify opportunities.Coordinate with the client insight team to generate relevant client lists, analyze client-centric reports, and provide action plan suggestions.Support the ongoing education of Sales Associates on the evolution of their client base.Set objectives for different client segments and assist in identifying opportunities for key moments throughout the year.More than a role…we recruit for a career!By joining Van Cleef and Arpels, you will be part of a Maison where employee career development is at the heart of our ambition.
