Actively recruit and hire successful candidates for Originator rolesSupervise and mentor Originators in the BranchSupervise and mentor processors and support staff within a branchManage Branch revenue and expenses to meet the Company's objectivesPromote Envoy's products to Real Estate Agents, Home Buyers, other lead sources, and all referral sourcesProcure new loan applications that result in funded loansRequest and gather relevant information/documents from the borrower to complete the application, its structure, and all loan disclosures. This must be done in coordination with processing as well as underwritingAdhere to all Envoy standards, including, but not limited to production minimums and customer serviceEducate borrowers on current offerings and programs for which they qualifyStay current on personal finance principles in order to offer comprehensive mortgage advice to clientsMonitor the process and communicate effectively with the borrower and all other parties to the transaction on the status of the loanPresent complete and accurate files to the ProcessorCoordinate the flow of information to all concerned partiesProspect for new loan applications by meeting with and presenting products to potential referral sources such as realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and past clientsStay current with required continuing education, new products, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines, Envoy guidelines and overlays, and HUD guidelinesMaintain contact with past clients to promote Envoy's productsEnsure all marketing is performed in a manner that is compliantEnsure maintenance of a current license to perform Loan Originator duties within their assigned branchComply with local, state, and federal laws regarding positionConduct business in an ethical manner and in the best interest of Envoy, with Envoy's core values in mindAny additional duties that may be assigned by the Divisional Vice PresidentRequirements

Qualifications include:High School diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field, preferred7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in mortgage origination, with 2+ years related Branch Management, preferred2 years' experience in a sales leadership role managing Loan Originators, preferredDemonstrated success in growing sales and revenue goalsAverage of $500,000 in personal monthly volume or $3 MM (or 6 units) average monthly team volume, preferred minimumProven leadership skills with demonstrated capacity in management/motivation of employeesIn-depth knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA), processes, procedures, and documentationWorking knowledge / Proficiency in Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator (DU/DO), Loan Prospector (LP), and originating systems, Encompass experience, preferredDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookExceptional follow-up, time management, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to high standards and adherence to company policyAbility to manage priorities and workflowAbility to make timely and sound decisionsMust hold State NMLS or obtain applicable State license within 90 days of employment or employment will be terminatedSatisfactorily pass background checkPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
