These marketing professionals are “all in” and have the opportunity to do a little bit of everything. The marketing and communications manager manages the marketing and communications team to develop, maintain, and implement marketing plans at the regional level while seamlessly coordinating with other regional and departments to ensure strategic alignment with corporate and regional initiatives.Position Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or other related majors with 10 years of experience in management and/or a combination of education and experience.Valid driver’s license.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines and accommodate shifting priorities.Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients.High-level organizational skills and attention to detail.Intermediate experience conducting research and applying analytical skills.Proficient with WordPress and CMS systems, Google Analytics, and other tracking software.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) with strong graphic layout capabilities, website management, basic development, and graphic design.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).Develop, maintain, and lead the implementation of the regional marketing plan including goal setting, SWOT analysis, and execution planning ensuring alignment with the procurement team's focus areas and market segments.Develop, maintain, and lead strategic marketing plans including goal setting, SWOT analysis, and execution planning.Lead, execute, and maintain a content campaign strategy.Develop, lead, and execute corporate social media marketing campaigns.Develop, lead, and execute SEO strategy.Oversee and manage best practices as it relates to website initiatives, leadership content, collateral materials, blogs, media, print, video, and virtual site tours based on marketing plan strategies.Oversee the corporate website.Oversee the data tools.Manage and oversee committee meetings for corporate marketing and communication teams.Oversee the management of analytics from web, social, and related channels.Hensel Phelps provides generous benefits for our salaried employees.
