Account Management/Media RelationsAdmin Work:

Lead account administrative work (media coverage, compiling press clippings, reporting, event invites/RSVP management, agendas + notes, press kit maintenance, media list building and maintenance).Research:

Conduct thorough background research for PR initiatives and industry trends for DPR clients. Proactively share industry trends with clients.Client Communication:

Manage day-to-day client communications, begin to serve as primary client contact.Work Management + Prioritization:

Sets priorities and manages account load. Held accountable for following-through appropriately. Manages up for clarification when needed. Shows sense of urgency when needed.PR Planning + Strategy:

Develops PR Plans and strategy for DPR clients that align with brand initiatives and goals alongside the leadership team.Influencer + Celebrity Seeding:

Work with national editorial and stylists on celebrity, influencer and blogger seeding + editorial placements on behalf of DPR clients.Account Management:

Recognizes if there is a potential client problem and brings it to leadership’s attention to work through the solution together.Writing Skills / Content CreationCreative Ideation:

Work alongside the leadership team to develop creative ideas that align with client goals.Writing:

Responsible for development of media releases, media briefs, fact sheets and other communications material with minor edits.Pitching:

Secures consistent and quality media placements with proactive pitching in local, regional and national press aligning with client goals.Media Relationships:

Fosters relationships with national press, long lead magazines and key dailies and blogs. Proactively develops media network.Media List Building:

Maintain Droese Public Relations database of VIP stylists, celebrities, publicists, managers, socials and industry heads.Internal Communications:

Maintain effective communication with internal teams and find timely solutions to resolve any challenges.Presentation/Communication/How You Show Up/LeadershipPresentation Skills:

Displays strong presentation skills. Leads client calls with support from the leadership team.Presence:

Manage guest check-in and event logistics (pre-, during and post-event). Guide AAE’s on supporting check-in and event logistics. Bring potential event issues to leadership's attention with solutions.

Post event, guide the AAE in developing a full recap of event coverage.Requirements:

At least 3-4 years of relevant PR experience working with national press outlets.A strong pulse on what’s happening in the national and local luxury lifestyle space with strong relationships.Ability to initiate and drive projects, motivated and determined.Superior communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Strong media relations skills with proven results in print and online outlets.VIP/Celebrity/Influencer seeding a plus.The desire to network, grow with the agency and possess a love for the industry.Apply Here
