The candidate selected will provide assistance to attorneys and clients in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and analytical skills. They will also need high-level attention to detail as well as strong time-management abilities.Responsibilities

Support attorneys in commercial bankruptcy in chapter 7 and restructuring practice involving chapter 11 cases as well as related litigation.Prepare legal documents.Establish and update electronic case filings.Streamline discovery process in Relativity and other trial presentation software.Conduct legal research in BestCase and other platforms such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, etc.Qualifications

High School or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program preferred.Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a paralegal required.Experience in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy required.Experience in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy preferred.Foley & Lardner LLP is a top ranked law firm with offices throughout the United States and abroad.
