The Litigation Paralegal I will focus on pre-suit matters including the investigation and case development, mediation, and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have high-level attention to detail skills, as well as strong time management abilities.Responsibilities
Handle case intake; researching property records, providing pertinent details to docketing, updating database with claim infoMonitor Arbitration filings inbox to relay deadlines to docketingCommunicate priority issues to attorneys and paralegalsSubmit Process Server and Expert invoices in Chrome RiverHandle AAA invoicesUpdate claims databaseOther miscellaneous tasks and meet daily deadlinesQualifications
