The Office of the Fulton County District Attorney is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Assistant District Attorney, a position that requires knowledge and experience in criminal prosecution. Major responsibilities include investigation, preparation and prosecution of misdemeanor and felony cases. Applicant will be required to handle cases at all stages, including grand jury and trial. Applicant should also be comfortable using computer applications and willing to learn.
Minimum Requirements:
NYS Bar Admittance Required and residency requirement may be waived.
