Searching for a passionate and adaptable model and content creator to assist in social media content creation for The Refind Closet’s Instagram page (@the_refindcloset). Eager to learn and grow. Must be able to operate and multi-task efficiently in fast-paced environments.Instagram Stories and Reels: Share compelling content featuring new merchandise (ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, etc.). Diversify content style and sequencing to captivate and retain customer interest. Operate with efficiency and possess a fundamental understanding of Instagram and TikTok platforms.Customer Service and Communication: Promptly address customer inquiries about fit, size, brand, fabric, wear, etc. via Direct Messages (DMs) on all social media platforms. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to efficiently answer questions and enhance the overall online customer experience.GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Instagram Live Modeling: Showcase merchandise in real-time during Instagram Live broadcasts. Display and discuss outfits and products, providing insights on fit, brand, materials, and more.TikTok Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to craft engaging TikTok content and develop a sophisticated strategy to tap into appropriate markets.Customer and Model Stylist: Curate outfits for static content, short-form video productions, and Instagram Live shows. Experiment with various themes, fresh attire, and styles that cater to all customer body types.REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18+. Minimum requirement of 12 hours/week spread over 3 days. No maximum hour limit. Specific schedule can be discussed and planned for on a case-by-case basis.
