Job Overview
Shall provide support to successfully execute artificial intelligence and machine learning efforts for NAVWAR. Serve as an expert to design, implement, and integrate machine learning models and algorithms into applications to solve complex business problems. This includes lifecycle support of these solutions including concert, design, development, maintenance, and sunsetting, as necessary. Taking data science solutions and scaling them out to production-level models that can handle real-time data with rigorous operation standards in support of technology. Work on maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Perl or shell scripts, web technologies and Java based projects.This position is contingent upon contract award.Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
Experience with programming, including with Python, Java, C++, or R, PIG, and HIVE.Experience with deploying applications into a production environment.Experience with databases, including SQL.Knowledge of Databricks, Tensorflow, Docker or Kubernetes.Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.Requires Information Assurance Technical (IAT) or Information Assurance Management (IAM) level II certification, as outlined by DoD 8570.Prepare / produce technical documents and reports such as, but not limited to:Product RoadmapAutomated Product / Application Build PlansAutomated Product / Application Design DescriptionAutomated Product / Application Technical ManualAutomated Product / Application User Manual
Job Requirements
Mandatory:
B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or a related area.U.S. Citizenship.Ability to obtain and maintain the required intelligence community level clearance.Complete all mandatory training requirements per NAVWAR.Valid state driver’s license.Ability to work additional hours as business needs dictate.Must meet baseline information assurance (IA) certification requirements for an IAT Level II position per DoD 8570.01-M (Security+ or equivalent).Active SECRET Security Clearance.Must be able to successfully pass any employment background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.Reasonable Accommodation:CGS will provide reasonable accommodations, according to applicable state and federal laws, to all qualified individuals with physical or mental disabilities.
