Job Overview

Shall provide workload analysis support for NAVWAR to execute manpower management efforts. Serve as an expert to address manpower related challenges such as resource allocation, workload distribution, hiring, training. Workforce Analyst job duties include developing staff schedules, collecting staff performance data and customers feedback data, reviewing, and analyzing relevant data to identify problem areas, and preparing workface analysis reports for NAVWAR leadership to inform their policies and decision-making.This position is contingent upon contract award.Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

Experience with project development and execution in workforce development, academia, defense, or critical technologies.Experience formulation workforce development strategies, including identifying stakeholder groups, facilitating requirements sessions, developing engaging and descriptive materials, and performing outreach and engagement.Experience facilitating training to broad audience.Prepare / present documents, reports, studies, and presentations.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Mathematics or a related subject and relevant experience.U.S. Citizenship.Ability to obtain and maintain the required intelligence community level clearance.Complete all mandatory training requirements per NAVWAR.Valid state driver’s license.Ability to work additional hours as business needs dictate.Must meet baseline information assurance (IA) certification requirements for an IAT Level II position per DoD 8570.01-M (Security+ or equivalent).Active SECRET Security Clearance.Must be able to successfully pass any employment background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.Reasonable Accommodation:
