role will be an integral part of an Agile team focused on delivering best-in-class business intelligence. This role will be key in developing tools that inform commercial strategy and investment allocations and in driving Revenue Operations initiatives to understand the current and forward-looking status of the business.Among your responsibilities, you will:Work closely with business to develop analytic and reporting tools that support the firm's Revenue Operations strategy.Build tools and reports that enable better visibility into E2E customer pipeline management, customer lifecycle, and churn prevention.Leverage predictive analytics/AI tools to deliver revenue forecasting insights and future conversion rates.Work closely with key senior stakeholders to gather and document business requirements (defining the form, content, and capabilities needed for the BI solution).Constructively challenge business assumptions and goals; ask questions that effectively push the thinking of business partners.Build and deliver analytic outputs to senior stakeholders, including preparing analytic slides for meetings and reviews to support senior leadership in decision making.Understand multiple data sources and put together a practical and viable data model for the analytics reports being prepared.Support Product Owner in developing a comprehensive roadmap that delivers incremental value to the business aligned with overall vision and strategy.Assess the gaps between the prioritized requirements and the current reporting capabilities. Generate solution options and, with the use of an agreed set of design principles, select the preferred option to move forward.Act as a functional subject matter expert for partnering to troubleshoot data issues, redesign processes, and develop reports.Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users.Curate backlog of requested enhancements.Develop and track technical roadmap for feature enhancements.Assist with validation of data and product builds.YOU'RE GOOD ATProblem solving and analytical tasksAbility to structure hypothesis, build thoughtful analyses, develop underlying data model, and bring clarity to previously undefined problems.Desire and flexibility to work through details with keen attention to accuracy and interdependencies.Natural curiosity to understand how things work and why; our data, our processes, and our reports. Demonstrated ability to drive projects to scheduled conclusion.Familiarity or willingness to work on Agile methodology will be a plus.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Economics. MBA preferred, but not required.8-10+ years of Revenue Ops and/or Finance relevant experience; less experience considered for exceptional performers.Sound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization.Strong experience with enterprise software and business intelligence solutions required (Tableau & Business Objects required).Experience coding in SQL, Python, and other coding languages.YOU'LL WORK WITHAs a member of the Business Intelligence & Analysis Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area Finance teams. As well, as part of the overall Business Intelligence and Analysis team, coordinating and working with our other core BIA squads will play a large part in this role.
