The Opportunity:Join as a leader in a Strategic Growth Team to build and grow the sector's market assessment, capture, and proposal delivery ofFederal-Civilianprograms, managing complex and diverse relationships with clients, teammates, vendors, and internal stakeholders. and future challenges facing a diverse set of Federal-Civilian Cyber, IT Ops, and Cloud Ops missions into business development initiatives.You'll provide capture leadership, driving comprehensive solutions to our clients' toughest challenges. You'll lead strategic and tactical teaming across all top Sector-level pursuits, institutionalizing the process, artifacts, and best practices. You'll assist with building and representing a diverse team in creating, designing, and implementing teaming agreements and arrangements to mitigating risks and optimizing effective, collaborative relationships. You'll inspire, motivate, and develop diverse high-energy teams to excel through all phases of the capture process.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:10+ years of experience leading large or strategic capture initiatives, including Fed-Civ, or DoD and ICExperience e nga ging with and operating at the senior executive levels with industry and Federal Civilian government clientsKnowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and acquisition practices in the Federal Civilian market spaceSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience with acquisitions and solutions in the Federal Civilian information te chn ology, cybersecurity, and cloud mission or market areasExperience with a Shipley foundation in capture or business development practicesBachelor's degree in Communications, Engineering, or a te chn ical fieldAcquisition Training CertificationsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
