You will be responsible for leading Adobe's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and driving continuous improvement of our EHS management system to foster a safety culture across the Americas Region. This includes maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. This role will work closely with the Regional Director and Site Managers and will directly report to the Global EHS senior manager. It will also require regular travel within the region.What you'll do

Serve as the primary Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) contact for the Americas region and regulatory agencies.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs to drive standardization and consistency.Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance with regional EHS regulations while maintaining up-to-date records and reports on EHS performance metrics across the region.Lead safety investigations to identify and mitigate potential EHS risks and implement corrective actions.Coordinate the development and execution of emergency response plans and training programs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the EHS framework.Integrate EHS considerations into overall business processes.Communicate EHS policies and procedures effectively across the organization.Manage the regional EHS budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.What you'll need to succeed

Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or Safety Engineering degree or equivalent.Minimum of 7-10 years of dynamic EHS experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site management role.Proven knowledge of EH&S global legislation and/or regulations requirements relating to the high-tech industry.Ability to prepare and present multi-media presentations.Strong leadership and multi-level relationship-building skills needed.Proven track record of working independently and experience with developing and implementing successful EHS programs.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle emergency situations.Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication, and professional demeanor.Above average computer and keyboard knowledge and ability to learn new systems and programs.Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Software/Tech industry.Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist).Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese would be useful.ISO 14001/45001 and/or Emergency Management (EMPP) Certification is a plus.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $118,300 -- $215,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
