Senior Analyst

to join our dynamic

Fund Management

team in our San Francisco office. This role emphasizes both quantitative and qualitative responsibilities, necessitating robust mathematical abilities, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in an engaging learning environment, monitoring all aspects of fund performance and cash flows, including fund returns (actual and forecast), capital calls, distributions, financings, capital availability and financial covenants. We’re committed to assembling diverse teams with exceptional talent, and we strongly urge individuals from underrepresented groups to apply.What you’ll doPrepare comprehensive quarterly investor reports, including key asset-level performance metrics, project status updates and fund-level performance updates.Calculate and analyze projected asset and fund-level investment returns on a quarterly basis.Create, augment and maintain fund-level liquidity, valuation and other ad-hoc models in Excel, including waterfall models and fund liquidity projections, for active closed-end investment funds and co-investment vehicles.Coordinate, prepare and analyze quarterly asset valuations, utilizing information from multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and presenting results to senior management in a concise and thoughtful manner.Provide information to the Investor Relations team in support of ongoing investor due diligence, including the annual investor meeting and ad-hoc data needs.Administer and track all aspects of the capital call and distribution and subscription line draw process.Prepare and distribute quarterly capital account statements.Update and maintain investor portal, facilitating seamless communication between investors and the company.Undertake additional duties, responsibilities and special projects as needed to support the team’s objectives.Who you areAbility to communicate effectively with, and present information to, senior management.Excellent written, verbal and analytical skills.Creative, self-motivated and intellectually curious to drive results independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.Values relationships and thrives in a team-oriented setting.Passionate about the investment and real estate industries.Skills and CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or economics or related field; accounting, corporate finance, statistics and other technical coursework preferred.2-5 years of professional experience; real estate experience is a plus.Extensive financial modeling experience is essential to this role.Highly proficient using Microsoft Office applications (deep Excel expertise).Familiarity with accounting systems; Oracle and/or Yardi a plus.Familiarity with investor platforms; Juniper Square a plus.Experience working with, and leveraging, databases.Ability to leverage generative AI platforms.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is

$105,000 to $115,000 . The Company provides this compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that in good faith, believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. Total compensation for this role also includes a

bonus incentive
