Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Program Coordinator position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Project Coordinator will join the Cloud and AI organization and work to enhance cloud infrastructure growth and operations through stakeholder relationships, community insights, and an effective engagement strategy.
In this role you will:Collect data to create a database of all on-going projects and deliver weekly updates.Analyze existing team collaboration tools and create a single site that consolidates all files and documents.Integrate the new community affairs playbook (collect and organize data, select best tool to utilize, etc.).Consolidate and deliver reports for various internal stakeholders.Benefits and Perks

4+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator.Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).Experience working across divisional teams.Experience implementing and monitoring complex plans and schedules.Strong working knowledge of email, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
