DaVita is a Fortune 200 Healthcare Services company and a leading provider of kidney care in the United States. In this role, we are looking for someone with proven excellence in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior-level management, to join our Payor Partnerships team.

As an Executive Assistant, you have a service orientation, are highly organized, clever, resourceful, adaptable, and independently driven. You are motivated to make your executives’ lives easier and take administrative decision making off their plates. You know how to take the ball and run with it. You have the ability to Get Stuff Done (GSD, as we call it), articulate written and verbal communication, and organize and manage multiple priorities are key attributes of an individual who will thrive in this role. This person will support one Group Vice President and one Vice President, and will be expected to support the general team, plug in on projects and other coordinator-type support as capacity allows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Juggle high volume of scheduling, meeting/event planning and travel itineraries
Highly communicative with your executives, team and partners to gain a clear perspective on priorities
Ability to learn the business to advise on prioritization and flexibility of schedule-related items / calendar management
Maintain exceptional relationships with internal partners with a reputation for organization and responsiveness
Ability to work independently and prioritize large volumes of information
May act as a project manager for special projects, which may include coordination of activities, note taking, disseminating key items and other tasks as required
Handle and route confidential and non-routine documents and information
Brings a Service Excellence-orientation to partnerships across the organization and outside constituencies. Strong passion for serving their team and others.
Work flexible hours to meet leader / project needs
Proactively communicate and plan in order to support and set partners and teammates up for success
Qualifications:
Proven longevity in an Executive Assistant role
Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Senior Level Management (VP, C-Suite, Senior Director, etc.)
Strong executive presence and communication skills
High sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse group of teammates
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; proficiency with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
High school degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work with sensitive/confidential information required
Denver-based, 3 days per week in-office with ability to flex to 5 days periodically

Salary/ Wage Range
$23.50 - $35.00 / hour
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
