Your proactive approach and innovative mindset make you an invaluable asset to the internal communications team.The Impact You Will Have:As the Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing QTS’s company culture. Your efforts will ensure that employees across the U.S. and Europe are well-informed and aligned with the company’s mission and values.What You Will Do:Develop and implement data-driven internal communications strategies that align with QTS’s overall goals and objectives.Create and lead internal communications content and manage a broad array of internal channels including email, newsletters, intranet, videos, meetings, and live forums.Lead the development of an internal communications calendar to support employee touch points and planned activities, including culture-building campaigns.Partner with people services, community impact, and other teams to advance key messages that impact employees in the U.S. and Europe.Support change management initiatives and communications planning and implementation, including leader engagement.Support internal executive communications as needed, including talking points, presentations, memos, and other related content.Actively track and report data findings on employee sentiment to identify opportunities to better position the company.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding for proactive and ongoing communications; manage internal communications guidelines and standard operating procedures.Promote and attend special events/functions as needed; communicate corporate milestones and activities.What You Will Need to be Successful:Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.Ten or more years of experience in communications, including supporting internal communications.Demonstrate strong communications skills through excellent oral and written communication in accordance with Associated Press style guidelines and creating compelling content.The Perks:QRest SabbaticalEmployee Stock PurchaseQTS scholarship for dependentsEagle Club award trip eligibilityPaid volunteer daysTuition assistance, parental leave, and military leave assistanceWe conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
