The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor responsible for the implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans.Responsibilities include:Case management of one individual.Collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas.Supervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings.Monitoring all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.$2,000 Sign On Bonus!Available Schedules:Thurs/Fri 2:30p-11:30p; Sat 8:30a-11:30pQualifications
High School Diploma or GEDExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseMAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employmentAdditional Information
