Job Description
The Evergreen Center is seeking Residential Counselors responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans.
Responsibilities include:
Case management of one individual.
Collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas.
Supervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings.
Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.

Available Schedules:
Sun 9am-11pm, Mon-Wed 3pm-11pm, Thurs/Fri 3p-11p; Sat 9a-11p; Sun 3p-11p
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
