We are an end-to-end Renewable Energy provider. We offer products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Microgrids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting various functions of the Human Resources department including payroll and benefits, employee leave, reporting, training and administration of company policies, recruiting and selection process, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training development, and conflict management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure a genuine safety culture that fosters employee well-being through engagement and leadership accountability.Promote a positive work environment that drives engagement and retention.Participate in the development of department goals and objectives and execute plans to meet these goals.Collaborate with HR team to support campaigns and deliver consistent programmatic messaging.Support recruitment efforts and manage onboarding.Respond to associate concerns and complaints, investigates when appropriate.Support leave administration and management.Collaborate with and influence leaders to ensure HR practices align with business objectives.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in CaliforniaExperience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionDemonstrated leadership and team-building skillsHR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferredJob Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year to $85,000 per year

Schedule:

8-hour shiftMonday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Ability to Commute:

In person (onsite- in office) No Hybrid or Remote Work

Physical Requirements:
