Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.JOB SUMMARY:

This role is in-office, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM in Costa Mesa, CA. We are looking for an experienced Jr. Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and exposure to a construction project’s life cycle. To be successful in this role, the Jr. Project Coordinator should have excellent communication and analytical skills while being able to manage time and resources to maximize efficiency. The Jr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for capturing all significant data from City (AHJ) and Utility meetings and conveying the relevant information in a comprehensive way in alignment with the Construction Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking to further their career in data management and grow as a Project Coordinator. A positive attitude is a must!RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work directly with the Construction Project Coordinator (CPC) to ensure concise communication between all relevant parties on any given projectTrack deliverables during City (AHJ) and Utility meetingsMonitor and report on KPIs through a project’s life-cycleAnalyze communication with varying project regions to identify trends and opportunities for process improvementMonitor and update the Construction Project Coordinator (CPC) on design revisions and/or assessments from an City (AHJ) or UtilityGain an understanding of California EV legislation relevant to the day-to-day operations of all projectsCoordinate meetings with CPMs & CPC to identify and elevate AHJ & Utility delays to the respective supervisorMaintain a positive and professional attitude at all timesAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field preferred1-2 years’ experience in project management, data management or a related fieldDemonstrates keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessaryDedicated to achieving excellence - consistently performs duties with efficiency in mindStrong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in engaging effectively with individuals at all levelsShows a professional and suitable demeanor when handling sensitive informationCollaborative and works effectively within a team environmentExceptional multitasking and problem-solving skillsComfortable reporting and presenting informationProficiency with Excel is a mustExperience with other Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software is a plusA track record of following through on commitmentsFamiliarity with the construction industry is preferredZero Impact Solutions is an equal-opportunity employer.
