If so, we would like to hear from you! This is a full-time permanent position. Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 + bonuses + great benefits.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement detailed case strategies to achieve the best outcomes for clients in family law matters.Oversee and approve all legal documents prepared by support staff.Participate in mediations, depositions, and negotiations for settlements.Review and respond to discovery requests effectively.Represent clients in various legal proceedings such as status conferences and motion hearings.Draft important legal documents including parenting plans, settlement agreements, and final orders.Conduct thorough legal research to support cases.Ensure clear and constant communication with clients throughout the legal process.Qualifications:
Must have a solid foundation in practicing family law in Atlanta, GA.Proficient in conducting legal research and possessing exceptional legal writing skills.Must exhibit traits of confidence, attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong leadership capabilities.Should demonstrate compassion, accountability, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.Capable of developing and implementing comprehensive case strategies customized to achieve the best outcomes for clients.Ability to handle a wide range of cases from simple uncontested divorces to complex contested cases involving children and assets.Should have trial experience and demonstrate mastery in this area.Must be highly organized and able to effectively manage deadlines and prioritize caseload responsibilities.
