Accelerated Career Growth!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, automobile, property damage, construction defect, professional liability, and employment liability. Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of their rights, options, and legal implications. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and contracts. Conduct extensive legal research to support client cases and stay abreast of changes in law. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases efficiently and favorably. Develop and implement effective defense strategies to achieve successful outcomes. Participate in trials, presenting evidence, and making persuasive arguments in favor of our clients. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our firm.Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in insurance defense. Proven experience in handling cases related to personal injury, automobile, property damage, construction defect, professional liability, and employment liability. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful case settlements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
