Title : Director of Corporate DevelopmentCompany Summary : We are currently partnered with a leading manufacturing services organization based out of the Atlanta, Georgia area, looking to add a Director of Corporate Development to their highly acquisitive team. This opportunity will allow you to work on execution, origination, lead high-level presentations to the executive board, and partner with private equity executives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Develop plans for a seamless inorganic & organic strategy to accelerate the firm's growth.Prepare and deliver presentations throughout the deal execution period.Execute full lifecycle M&A transactions.Build and maintain client relations with established and prospective clients.Mentor, train, and supervise analyst and associate level team members.Qualifications:7+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions in Corporate Development and Strategy.Prior Investment Banking or Big 4 transaction advisory or other related experience.Ability to hit the ground running originating new deals.Bachelor's in finance, Economics, Business or related fields.MBA preferred but not required.Strong financial modeling capabilities.If you are interested in the
