Our teams ensure the company's success by focusing on attracting and retaining diverse talent, building organizational effectiveness, and supporting the mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing of all employees.As the Sr. Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you'll partner closely with the Diversity Leadership Team, Executive Employee Network Sponsors, and our Employee Network Leads. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Talent and play a critical role on our DEI Leadership team. You'll be relied on for your expertise in DEI and ability to strategize and implement overarching programs.HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEServe as a senior DEI consultant and subject matter expert to key stakeholders.

Continually iterate and execute our DEI strategy and operating model, ensuring alignment to desired business outcomes.

Drive DEI strategy, metrics, and communication while being mindful of audiences and partnering with Corporate Communications to co-author DEI key messages.

Develop Employee Resource Network (ERN) Leadership Team (LT) and ERN sponsors' onboarding program. Co-facilitate ERN Townhalls, DEI LT meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Partner with external consultant and DEI LT to evolve and update DEI strategic framework and operating model.

Research industry DEI best practices and pitch ideas to the DEI LT.

Drive integrated DEI solutions in partnership with HR and other key business partners to deliver regional talent priorities.

YOU HAVEBachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of professional experience and proven mastery of DEI-focused technical skill.

Demonstrated experience executing DEI strategy.

Applied experience navigating cultural nuances within and among regions.
