San Francisco, California, USAWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solutions Operations Engineer (TSOE) to support the global Technical Solutions (TS) organization, building and maintaining our internal tooling and workflows.Datadog’s TS org is composed of 800+ customer-facing technical experts around the world from Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers to Support Engineers that work with prospects and customers across their journey with Datadog to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth through rapid product adoption.We are committed to growth by attracting and developing top talent through a culture of ownership, innovation, diversity, collaboration, and humility. You will be part of a team immersed in a startup-like environment where you will be challenged, but also will immediately witness your contributions to Datadog.What You’ll Do:Design and oversee the implementation of technology tools & systems (Zendesk, JIRA, etc.) that enable TS teams to efficiently and effectively achieve their KPIs and strategic goals.Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, process maps, and other documentation to ensure our technology systems are well-designed and efficient.Develop & maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.Work with stakeholders to identify technical needs and translate them into requirements, then evaluate and recommend technology solutions that best meet our business objectives.Work a hybrid model of 3-5 days in office per week.Who You Are:Technical background with educational experience in computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experienceEnjoy learning new technologies with a proven ability to learn & manage different systemsExperienced in multi-channel technical support at a SaaS company with 1+ year experience in Zendesk Support Administration or a similar ticketing systemInterested in problem solving and you enjoy automating processesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a desire for continuous learningA critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approachA thorough and effective communicator and you pride yourself on your meticulous documentationThe reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role at Datadog is: $73,500 — $98,000 USDDatadog (NASDAQ: DDOG) is a global SaaS business, delivering a rare combination of growth and profitability.
