You may also provide residents with limited nursing services, assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs), provide general supervision, and respect residents' rights and needs of choice.What you’ll do here:Administer medication or treatments prescribed by a resident’s health care providerProvide intermittent nursing services and observation of residents within state licensure regulationsProvide care and assist residents with ADLs including but not limited to bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, transferring, and eating according to the individual care plan as neededAssist in the management and training of unlicensed caregivers relevant to Enlivant’s policies, procedures, and care plansMaintain resident records daily in accordance with federal, state, and company policies and processes. This includes documentation as it relates to medication distribution, leisure activities, and observations of the resident’s physical condition and/or behaviorPerform other duties as assignedWe’d love to talk if:You are a Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN/LVN) with a current/unencumbered licenseYou have education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements or as required by State regulationsYou meet all mandatory health requirements by State regulationsYou maintain CPR and/or First Aid Certification as required by State regulationsYou continue education annually or as required by State Board of NursingYou have basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office as well as the ability to learn new applicationsYou have basic written and oral English communication skillsYou care about serving seniorsYou have at least 6 months of clinical experience in long term care, community-based care, or assisted livingYou possess good time management and organizational skillsYou work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee moraleYou engage others in fun and creative activitiesYou have experience interacting with individuals diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s diseasePay Range: $35 / hour, based on experience.We’re also proud to be the first senior living company to earn the WELL Health-Safety Rating across all our communities.You are required to complete any necessary health requirements which may change from time-to-time, such as vaccination.Enlivant is an Equal Opportunity Employer and qualified individuals will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, gender (including gender expression and identity), nationality and origin, disability (mental or physical), sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or other applicable characteristics.
