Hallmark, homeland manufacturer of blinds, shades, and shutters with over six decades of success, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead our operations at our Tallahassee plant!

Change Leadership:
Act as a catalyst for change by modernizing systems, refining processes, and driving efficiency while upholding our values of community, positivity, and humble leadership.Team Management:
Lead a dedicated team of 20-40 manufacturing professionals, providing strategic direction to three manufacturing managers.Process Optimization:
Oversee key manufacturing activities including sanding, painting, PVC work, woodworking, and assembly. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and product output.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Collaborate with sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and aligned goals.Innovation and Efficiency:
Identify and implement low-cost, innovative solutions to reduce lead times and improve delivery estimates for customers.Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Leverage SAP or similar ERP systems to analyze purchasing, logistics, and financial data, applying insights to drive strategic improvements.Occasional Travel:
Expect minimal travel (1-2 times per year) to other distribution centers, with no travel required in the first year.What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation:
$100k base salary plus performance-based bonuses.Total First-Year Earnings:
Projected $106k-$112k, including bonuses.Health Benefits:

Work on-site at our Distribution Center from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.Provide hands-on leadership and strategic oversight for all manufacturing processes.Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and production timelines.Implement best practices for enhancing efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance.Who You Are:
Industry Expertise:
You have 6+ years of experience in manufacturing within the blinds, shades, and shutters industry, or similar sectors, with a focus on wood or PVC products.Leadership Experience:
You’ve successfully led teams for 4+ years, including people managers and teams of 20+ individuals.Tech-Savvy:
You are proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and can translate data insights into strategic actions.Hands-On Leader:
You’re not afraid to get involved in the manufacturing process when needed.HR and Soft Skills:
You naturally excel at managing people, leading with empathy and humility, while maintaining a focus on efficiency and results.Process Innovator:
You have a proven ability to develop and implement processes that improve quality and productivity.Bonus Qualifications:
Industrial Engineering Experience:
Background in industrial engineering or plant leadership is a plus.Quality Assurance:
