Supply Chain Director
to oversee and optimize its supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong background in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and logistics. Working collaboratively, the new director will enhance operational efficiencies by implementing innovative supply chain solutions, optimizing supplier relationships, and improving inventory management practices to support the company's growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Salary + Additional Benefits:$120,000-$150,000 +

Responsibilities:
Guide and direct all corporate functions as part of our executive team.Oversee a team of professional buyers and planners.Direct the procurement and purchasing operations and strategy to provide the materials and services to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing.Evaluate and develop strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement systems for monitoring performance, assessing risks, and responding to changes in demand or disruptions in the supply chain.Work with worldwide suppliers to evaluate and procure products that exceed our customers’ expectations.Collaborate with other functions to define current and future inventory requirements and manage inventory levels. Manage product lifecycle.Develop standards and implement procedures for materials planning, product acquisition, inventory control, material distribution and logistics management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of supply chain/purchasing management experienceExperience in Access Controls, Fencing, Structural Steel is a plus but not requiredA Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering TechnologyInternational Business exposure with hands-on import and export experience is requiredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Direct and lead a teamCollaborate with all departmentsAttention to detailResults drivenDecision makingPlanning and organization
