We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused Parts Drivers who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. Does this sound like you? Apply now!The Parts Driver is responsible for selecting, verifying, and delivering parts to customers and/or other dealerships in the general prescribed market area of the local parts departments.Assist all customers and associates in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.Check with the parts manager, wholesale representative, inventory control administrator, parts counter people, or shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries.Pick up and deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and/or vendors.Pull and fill orders from stock, as directed.Ensure that parts to be delivered match the invoice and verify that the invoice matches the PO (purchase order) for each pick-up.Secure and unload parts truck each night.Assist with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.Maintain a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork and delivery schedule.Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds.Experience with automotive parts or military equivalent experience is a plus but not required.Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.Must have a valid Driver's License.Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test).Company Benefits:Pay and Recognition:Semi-Monthly PayPaid holidays & paid time offDeferred Holiday Pay MatchPaid trainingStock Awards (select management and front-line team members eligible)Insurance / Retirement:Insurance: medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plansUp to 12 weeks paid pregnancy leave (disability leave)Health savingsFlex spending accounts (tax-free)Short-term and Long-term disability plansLife Insurance (Whole Life and Term)401k with company matchLearning, Tuition Assistance and Career Development:Digital career path tool to assist with career developmentContinuous training through Asbury's Internal Learning Management SystemProfessional growth and development opportunities Additional advantages:Student loan relief resourcesEmployee assistance programEmployee discounts on parts and service repairsOpportunities to join our community service initiatives, which includes paid volunteer hoursAggressive Employee referral program with bonus opportunitiesAsbury Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
