The Administrative Service Representative (Special Care Nursery Unit) serves as a customer service ambassador to all Sibley customers (staff, MD, patients and families) through demonstration of excellent customer service skills as outlined in Sibley's Circle of Excellence. Supports the daily operations and activity flow of the patient care area by performing administrative functions and acting as a central source of information for staff, physicians, patients, families and other departments. Consistently demonstrates strong organizational, communication and time management skills that help to facilitate a smooth functioning of the unit.Work Location: Washington DCFull time (evenings/nights) with rotating weekends7pm- 3am and 11pm-7amMINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

:High School graduate or equivalent of education and experience.Intermediate typing/computer skillsCurrent CPR Certification required.Salary Range: Minimum 18.29 per hour - Maximum 24.24 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.JHM prioritizes the health and well-being of every employee.
