As a Business Representative (Territory Manager), you will be responsible for Business Development while maintaining client accounts and serving as the main point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will strive to provide exceptional customer service.
This hybrid role is based in St. Paul, MN.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage all current accounts while also consistently reaching and securing new customers
Maintain knowledge of the market, competitors, and the best sales practices
Attend trade shows, participating in setups and takedowns of booths
Speak at various sessions and presentations
Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services as well as those of competitors in order to educate and reach new customers
Meet a margin goal of $500k book of business
Complete 90 minutes of talk time per day
Required Skills & Experience:
High school diploma and minimum two years relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
EdTech Sales experience preferred
